Update: Emergency personnel on scene took a female driver to the emergency room. She was complaining of chest pains from hitting the steering wheel. The outside lanes of Crawford going west are now open.

A two-vehicle accident has blocked the traffic at the intersection of Crawford and Ohio. All Ohio traffic is free but no vehicles can turn west on to Crawford.
