Should Brewer be impeached?
Governor Jan Brewer is now saying Arizona will counter sue the federal government for not enforcing the immigration laws. 1 Great! Guess what, not only should the federal government be sued the President should be impeached and DHS Secretary should be fired.
Why? Because the President has violated his oath of office and his duty of office under the Constitution! “Ha ha ha” say you!? Look at the Constitution, do you think the President, or the last one for that matter, took “…Care that the Laws be faithfully executed…”? 2 Well as to the immigration laws they did not! Also do you think the President et.al., protected Arizona “against invasion” or any of the other states for that matter? 3 A big fat “F” on that one too!
But the citizens of Arizona ought to impeach Governor Brewer as well! Why!? Because she violated her Constitutional oath of office and undermined Arizona’s, and every other states,’ sovereignty! How you ask. By responding to the federal law suit which was filed in the federal district court, by honoring and un-Constitutional order of the federal District Court and now is saying she will, for a third time, violate her oath of office by filing a counter suit against the federal government in a federal District Court!! 4 You cannot protect the Constitution by violating it. Anyone who has read the Constitution knows only the U.S. Supreme Court has judicial jurisdiction over the states.
In fact Governor Brewer, along with several of the southwest states et. al., have violated their duty to their state’s citizens by not forming an Army to fight off the current invasion and putting a stop to the domestic violence that has been occurring in their part of this country for over a decade! 5 Outrageous suggestion you say! Haven’t really read your Constitution or the Declaration of Independence lately, Uh?
Yes the states have a right to have a State ARMY! And, I do not mean a state militia, which the Supreme Court has said was a temporary right which has been subsumed by the federal government. In fact the states should be making WAR upon those crossing the Mexican border!
But is there really an “invasion” you ask? First check your Webster’s. We have had more foreign nationals cross our borders illegally, disrespecting our sovereignty, on a monthly basis than the number of troops landed on the beaches of Normandy on D-Day. To date there are around 20 million illegals in this country.
Over 50% of those here illegally are from Mexico alone. Mexico encourages its poor to illegally come to America so it does not have to give them welfare, or deal with the unrest of its population because of unemployment and food shortages caused by the government’s corruption. Besides that the illegals siphon off billions of dollars from our economy and send it home i.e. its income to Mexico. Big deal you say? Go ask you unemployed neighbor if it’s a big deal that he is unable to feed his family, send his kids to school and is getting ready to lose his house. What kind of an un-American bum would show more compassion to a law breaking foreigner than a fellow citizen down the street?
But, no one is being killed you say? We have lost almost 90,000 U.S. citizens in this country at the hands of illegal aliens!!!6 About half of those are a result of murder or during the course of felony crimes. Most of the others are because of automobile wrecks with illegals that are impaired.
Yes most members in Congress have blood on their hands. Do you think this slaughter would be going on had one of John McCain’s kids been killed execution style or even by a drunk illegal who had been arrest and released two or three times? Let’s face it until it hits their family most f them really put politics above our life and safety.
I suspect almost all of our elected officials are criminally ignorant of the Constitution and of their duties under it. Most of the rest are part of the scheme to undercut the Constitution and most of the remainder is too cowardly to do anything about it.
If YOU don’t do something it will not get done and you may wake you someday and realize you are a mere slave. I guarantee your kids and grandkids will.
What are the small Constitutional violations we can live with? NONE!
What are the Constitutional violations that have been going on so long we just have to accept them? NONE!
