This morning Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Salina had their Frosty 5K and Merry Mile.

The course started on downtown Santa Fe, went through Oakdale Park and then looped back around to downtown Santa Fe. This year there were over 500 participants of all ages. This event is one of the biggest local fundraising events Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Salina puts on.

Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Salina focus on changing and improving the lives of children in the Salina community. They have been in Salina since 1968 and they continue to be of great importance to the youth of Salina.
