Two people were injured during a late Friday evening crash in Pottawatomie County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol Bailey Bishop, 18, and Ryan Cummings, 28, of St. Mary’s, Kansas were traveling East on Palmer St., one block south of U24.

After hitting a dip in the roadway in a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am, Bishop lost control and struck a second vehicle that was parked on the north side of the highway. The Grand Am rolled after it’s collision with the parked vehicle.

Bishop and Cummings were transferred to Stormont Vail hospital in Topeka for their injuries. Both were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.
