4905d9a6-5061-47d9-9286-c3d143780a2aTarry Joe Fluke, 48, of Brookville, passed away Saturday, December 7th, at Hospice of Salina.

Tarry was born in Salina, on February 16, 1965, to Anita (Marez) Phelps and Garry Joe Fluke. He was a master plumber and a heavy equipment operator.

Survivors include his parents, Anita and Alan Phelps, and Garry and Margaret Fluke; sister, Tania (Tom) Wilkinson; brothers, Todd (Katrina) Fluke, Trevin Fluke, Chris (Sandra) Stoppel, and Adam (Michelle) Stoppel; step sister, Tracey (David) Herman; step daughter, Kris Sacco; as well as, sixteen nieces and nephews including his special nephew Thomas Wilkinson III and special niece, Tianna Wilkinson; great nephew, Caden Fanatia; great niece, Adisyn Fowler; numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins; and good friend, Phil Hamilton.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, and uncle, James Marez.

A memorial service will be held at St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church in Kanopolis, at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 14, 2013. There will be a rosary before the services at 9:20.

bon31207Elizabeth Ann Bonilla died Dec. 7, 2013 due to complications from breast cancer. She was born Elizabeth Ann Reynolds, in Chicago, IL on July 25, 1949. She moved to Salina, KS, in 1967 where she met and married John M. Ronning, Jr., and remained a resident for the rest of her life.

She was an active member of Ray Avenue Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher, church camp nurse, Reformer’s Unanimous & Faith Bible Institute participant, and she sang in the choir. After having 6 children, she made the decision to attend college. She earned her first degree in 1990 and began her career as a nurse. She worked as a home infusion nurse specializing in bleeding disorders, but later decided to change her career direction. She then earned her Master’s andDoctorate degrees in Education, and worked as a Director of Education and as a Compliance Specialist.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert G. Reynolds, in 1958. She is survived by her mother, Loys Rafferty, and brother, Robert G. (Phyllis) Reynolds, of Sun City Center, FL; son, Rob (Mary) Ronning, Norwich, CT; daughter, Sarah Ronning, Sioux Falls, SD; son, Ben (Deb) Ronning, Shawnee, KS; daughters, Allyson Ronning and Amber Franco, Salina, KS; son, Jake (Jes) Ronning, Gardner, KS; eight precious grandchildren and many extended family members and friends.

Memorial services will be held on Sat. Dec. 14, 2013 at 10:30 am at the Ray Avenue Baptist Church, 2801 Ray Avenue, Salina, KS. Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to Ray Avenue Baptist Church or the Kay Pogue Hospice Center at Hospice of Salina.
