There’s a popular topic for today’s Rants & Raves and not a whole lot of Raving. Hoping the next round is a little more positive.

Rant: About time they close down the (store name deleted). Selling certain death to kids. The lord will have a special place for people like this, which is far more than any judge or jury will do.

Rant: Idiots at the Salina PD think they are going to stop people from getting potpourri just by shutting down the stores in Salina that sell it. There are hundreds of websites that will never stop selling it.

Rant: The potpourri and bath salts are a direct result of the failed Drug War. What a farce. Sending thousands of people to prison and wasting millions upon millions of dollars. No wonder we are in an enormous hole.

Rant: Phil Kline is a scumbag. Hope he goes to prison.

Rant: I am unashamed to admit that I smoke potpourri. It makes me relax and I certainly feel a hundred times better than if I were drinking. But nobody is going in and shutting down the liqour (sic) stores or bars.

Rant: Hey, write a story on why we are outlawing potpourri that hurts nobody but the user, yet we lift the ban on fireworks that can burn down OTHER PEOPLE’S houses.

Rave: We love Day Heist but do one for Daimaru.

Rant: I say close down any store selling potpurri (sic)! 30 years ago they would have been run out of town for selling poison like this.

Rant: I say we should allow all the incense and bath salt. We need to thin the herd and any idiot that will consume something that says, DO NOT CONSUME, is worth getting rid of. Natural selection at its finest.

Rant: Phil Kline unethical? No way. Couldn’t be. Funniest thing is, he would probably be re-elected if he ran again today. Actually, that’s not funny. It’s sad. And scary.

Rant: We have an obesity epidemic going on across this country and right here in our city. It amazes me to see all of these obese children and their parents just shoveling cheeseburgers, fries and all of the other awful things in when it’s obvious that this stuff isn’t good for you. We are going to be paying for their medications and diabetic treatments so we need to create laws punishing people for this kind of behavior. I’m tired of paying for such stupidity.
