1.I LOVE the right-wing freak out over the new Pope! They’re now forced to
defend their “Ayn Rand” Jesus against the true and real Jesus! I guess “supply-side Jesus”, as Al Franken first titled, is in trouble now!

2. I just talked to my wife here today and we got to talking about oil production at fault line. I remember my dad, he did oil production up here in Northwest Kansas. He always talks about the windfall profits tax and I don’t know nothing about it, when it started, what it was really for, whatever happened to the funds that it was used for. I just got some questions about it, if anybody can get any answers, it would be neat to hear them.

3. Childhood obesity is a growing problem in America. Did you know that
breastfed babies decrease their chance of being overweight by 5-6% for every month up to 9 that they feed from mothers breast. It starts in infancy! Stop feeding your kids packaged formula because its convenient, or because you don’t have time to breastfeed. Give your kids a fighting chance!

4. Is the Grinch, aka Duncan and Gile, really going to steal Christmas from health department employees and ignore their years of service? Go to the city commission meetings on Tuesday, to find out.
