Two men are arrested Monday for allegedly stealing metal from a Salina business and then selling it for scrap.

36-year-old Richard Kjellesvig of Salina, and 22-year-old Benjamin Madacs of Abilene are accused of taking #2 metal on five occasions from Kejr Incorporated at 633 N. Broadway between February 14th, and February 24th.

They sold the metal to BFR metals at 1504 State for a total of just under $600.

Kjellesvig was booked into jail on charges of theft and false writing. Madacs was charged with theft
