On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 Union Pacific Railroad will begin work on replacing the railroad crossing located on West Cloud east of Dover Drive.

While work is in progress, Cloud Street will be closed at the railroad tracks. Direct access to businesses and homes will not be affected; however a signed detour will be available to guide through traffic north to Republic Avenue during the closure.

The closure is expected to last approximately three days and the road should be re-opened by Thursday, April 11.

Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to find alternate routes.
