Kennedy Berkley Yarnevich & Williamson, Chtd. Kennedy Berkley has expanded its services with the addition of the Kennedy Berkley Disability Law Group. The group is headed by new hire social security disability attorney M. Joseph Kuhn. Kuhn will primarily work out of the Salina office but plans to travel to the Hays and Olathe office as well as throughout Kansas to meet with clients, social workers, and various health professionals.

Kuhn has over 25 years of legal experience representing clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits. Prior to joining Kennedy Berkley, Kuhn worked at a law firm that primary focused on assisting those seeking disability benefits. There he represented clients at all levels of the appeals process including the Federal District Court.
