A 23-year-old Ohio man was injured during an accident along I-70 near Hays, KS this morning.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the driver of a 2005 Honda Accord fell asleep and struck a Ford Pickup, 2 miles east of Hays.  After the initial impact, the driver over corrected and the car overturned in the median.

Neither driver of the vehicles were injured.

The passenger in the Honda was transported to the Hays Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
