Salina Police have taken two reports of counterfeit money being found in the bank deposits of two businesses.

A fake $20 bill was found in the deposit of the E. Iron Burger King. It is believed it was passed between Monday and Tuesday. The counterfeit was found in the deposit at the Sunflower Bank on N. Santa Fe.

The bogus $100 bill was used to make a purchase at a Casey’s Convenience Store in Salina on Tuesday. The counterfeit bill was discovered in the deposit at the Sunflower Bank on S. Ohio.
