Connie Louise Dalrymple, 96, Bennington, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014 in Minneapolis. She was born in Ottawa County on April 30, 1918 to Jess and Hazel (Miller) Kirkby.

Connie was united in marriage with Tommy Dalrymple and shared their lives together for 67 years. She enjoyed dancing, time at the lake with family, gardening, canning, and hairstyling. She owned her own shop for several years. Connie and Tommy were members of the United Church of Bennington.

Survivors include her daughter Dixie Bell and her husband Eddie; grandchildren Chris Bell and his wife Penny, Darsi Eveland and her husband Mark; and great-grandchildren Matthew and Mackenzie Eveland; and niece Sheri Hunt.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 9 at the United Church of Bennington. Burial will be in Bennington Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday at the Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis where the family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00. Memorials may be made to the United Church of Bennington.
