SOUND OFF

1. So on Wednesday, construction crews were digging in front of Assurance, at 5th and Iron, and uncovered 3 buried storage tanks….probably from an old filling station. Nobody knew about them but the city is going to pump them out, smash them and fill them with flowable fill. If this was any contractor, the city would make them remove the tanks, but since it’s under the sidewalk and on city property they aren’t going to spend the money to remove them like the law requires.

2. Ok, can we stop with the climate change stuff? It’s pretty clear that it’s not happening like the wackos have suggested.

3. COSMOS is an incredible show!

4. Stop voting for the “Lesser of Two Evils”. Vote for the person you think will be the best for the job. All of the problems we have in Kansas government and US government are due to us voters. We say we want things to change, yet we keep doing the same things year after year. Vote Umbehr!
