About three dozen people were in attendance Saturday morning for the legislative update at the Salina Area Chamber Of Commerce “Visit” Salina annex.
All of the Salina delegation in Topeka attended the update and answered questions asked by the audience on the issues of immigration reform, KPERS, increase the size of the tax base to bring more revenue to the state, voter ID, gender equity, and education funding.
The next legislative update is scheduled for Saturday May 14th.
