SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — The Giants are National League champions for the third time in five seasons after Travis Ishikawa belted a tiebreaking, three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to lift San Francisco past St. Louis 6-3. The Cardinals led 3-2 until pinch-hitter Michael Morse socked a solo homer in the eighth inning. The Giants will travel to Kansas City for Game 1 of the World Series against the Royals on Tuesday.
