The City of Salina Department of Public Works will be repairing the intersection of Bromac Avenue and North Street, Monday, October 27, 2014.
Bromac Avenue will be closed to through traffic during the repairs. Weather permitting, the repairs are expected to take two weeks.

The City of Salina Department of Public Works will be repairing the valley gutter on the west entrance of Bel Air Drive and Cloud Street, Monday, October 27, 2014. The west entrance of Bel Air Drive will be closed to through traffic during the repairs. Weather permitting, the repairs are expected to take one week.

The City of Salina Department of Public Works will be repairing the intersection of Austin Circle and Claflin Avenue, Monday, October 27, 2014. Claflin Avenue will be closed to through traffic during the repairs. Weather permitting, the repairs are expected to take one week.

The Salina/Saline County Solid Waste Management Committee will meet at 4 p.m. on Oct. 23, 2014 in room #105 at the City-County building. The primary purpose of this meeting is to provide an update to committee members for the period of January through June, 2014 on the following topics:

*General issues
*Sanitation and Household Hazardous Waste (HHW)
*Landfill operations
