Thomas Frevert was one of the bright spots for the Salina Bombers in a tough trip to Sioux City last week. The Bombers lost the game, 73-59 to the Bandits, for their first loss of the season.

Frevert, a kicker in his first season for the Bombers, had a special performance that would earn him CIF Special Teams Player of the Week.

The Bombers (3-1) will return home this week to host the Omaha Beef on Saturday. The game is scheduled for a 7:00 kickoff inside the Salina Bicentennial Center.
