Salina Police are investigating allegations of sex crimes involving young children between March 2012 and August 2013 in central Salina.

Captain Chris Trocheck said police were contacted by the Concordia DCF Office concerning the possible rape of four children now between the ages of 5 and 12. Two of the children currently live in Belleville.

The suspect, who is an acquaintance of the children, is currently in the custody of the Kansas Department of Corrections.
