SALINA- Three men from Georgia spoke to students at KSU-Salina this week about their plan to see a Kansas tornado.

Bret Bouthiller, Nolan Lunsford and Warren Causey with the Sirens Project want to fly an unmanned aircraft into a tornado.

They spent Thursday night in Hays, were in Nebraska on Friday and will be busy Saturday “tornado hunting,” as stated on their facebook page.

The National Weather Service is predicting possible severe weather in the state this weekend.
