KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) – The Cleveland Indians scored four runs in the tenth innings to beat the Kansas City Royals 7-3 last night.

Indians’ pinch-hitter Shelley Duncan hit an RBI double to spark the scoring in the extra inning. Royals’ reliever Tim Collins picked up the loss after giving up all four of the late Cleveland runs.
