A man is arrested late Sunday night on a charge of aggravated battery after a disturbance.

27-year-old Jeremy R. Smith is alleged to have hit a 26-year-old woman with a piece of concrete during an argument between 10:45 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. in the 300 block of N. 7th. The woman, who received a cut on the head, was treated at Salina Regional Health Center.
