A counterfeit $20 bill was found in the bank deposit of Bob’s Brick House Grill in Lindsborg. The bogus bill was discovered at Bennington State Bank, 2130 S. Ohio, in Salina Friday afternoon.

A woman reports the theft of her cell phone while she was at work. Alicia Richardson said she left her Samsung Galaxy S6, in a pink and green Otterbox cover, on a store shelf at Dollar General, 140 S. Santa Fe. The phone was taken from the shelf sometime between 12:45 p.m. and 1:10 p.m. Sunday afternoon. She had placed it on the shelf while working and it was gone when she returned. Total loss is placed at $551.
