A counterfeit $100 bill has been found in the deposit of a Salina business. The bogus bill was discovered Friday in the deposit of Payless Plumbing at Central National Bank, 454 S. Ohio.

Several tools were stolen from a storage container at Harbor Freight Tools, 1808 S. 9th, between Thursday evening and Friday morning. Entry to the storage container was gained by prying a padlock off of the door. Taken were 2-pneumatic air compressors, 3- compound miter saws, 4-solar panels, and a band saw. A truck unloading conveyor was damaged. Total loss and damage is estimated at $2,870.
