QUINTER – A Kansas teen was injured in an accident just after 11 a.m. on Thursday in Gove County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1988 Toyota Corolla driven by Kenton Eric Parrett, 19, Prairie Village, was east bound on Interstate 70, just west of Quinter.

The vehicle left the roadway and entered the median.

The vehicle got back on the interstate and the driver over-corrected, and entered the median again, and over turned an unknown amount of times.

Parrett was flown to Wesley Medical Center for treatment.

He was wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
