Salina Police arrest a woman that is alleged to have illegally used a Kansas Benefits EBT card.

According to Captain Mike Sweeney, 46-year-old Bobbi Lynne Rowles obtained the card without the victim’s permission.

Rowles is alleged to have made several purchases on the card at Dillons, 1201 W. Crawford, Food Mart, 220 W. Crawford, Sara Lee Bakery, 722 S. Broadway, and Kmart, 400 S. Broadway, between June 16th and July 4th. The illegal purchases totaled $135.

Rowles was booked into the Saline County Jail on eight counts of criminal use of a financial card, felony theft, and multiple counts of misdemeanor theft.

Sweeney said Rowles and the 50-year-old victim were acquaintances.
