Between 1:00 p.m. on August 25, 2015 and 1:30 p.m. on August 29, 2015, unknown suspect(s) entered the detached garage, and between September 21st and September 29th, force was used to enter the vacant residence that was for sale at 219 S. 12th. A Fluke 287 multimeter with carrying pouch and test leads, Ryobi corded saw, Black & Decker corded drill, Porter Cable 18V NiCad drill with two batteries, charging dock, black tool bag, Black & Decker cordless screwdriver set, miscellaneous hand tools, Kennedy toolbox, Craftsman socket set, Scotts charging dock with two batteries for lawn tools, Sony Cybershot digital camera and two Phillips computer speakers were taken from the garage. A GE side-by-side washer and dryer, two Moen shower heads and bathroom fixtures were taken from the residence.
Total loss and damage is estimated at $3,500.
