Salina Police investigating a case of ID theft and theft by deception. They have a known suspect that used the name of an employee at Great Plains Manufacturing to collect unemployment benefits for almost two months in 2010.

The unemployment benefits were paid between July 4th and August 29th of 2010 and the amount paid was $3,300.
