A 30-year-old Salina woman is arrested Monday on a warrant for forgery and theft. Amanda Ackerson is accused of passing a check in the amount of $458 at Walmart, 2900 S. 9th, on June 8, 2014. The check had been stolen from Angela Feenstra.

A Salina man reports the theft of his bicycle while he was at work Monday. Roger Wood said the Trek Navigator was taken between 12:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. while he was at Lowe’s, 3035 S. 9th. The bike is dark blue and purple in color, with silver detail. Total loss has been placed at $700.
