A 39-year-old man is arrested Saturday evening on a charge of sexual battery for touching a woman with sexual intent at a Salina church.

Christopher McCarter is accused of touching the woman while she was with her daughter in the quiet room of the Emmanuel Christian Center, 1325 E. Cloud, between 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

He was arrested at the church.
