There were no signs of forced entry in a vehicle burglary that occurred between 10 p.m. Sunday evening and 2 p.m. Monday afternoon in the 1300 block of Faith Drive. Two chrome Cobra Arms .380 caliber handguns with black handles, a wallet containing $87 in cash, and approximately 40 CD’s were taken from a white 2005 Dodge Magnum belonging to 27-year-old Ira Autrey while the vehicle was parked in front of his residence. Total loss in the case has been estimated at $607.

Police are investigating a report of a stolen handgun. 54-year-old Marty Walker said the gun, a Glock 22 .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun, disappeared from his home in the 900 block of Custer sometime between 11 p.m. on September 30th and 8:30 p.m. Sunday. The handgun is valued at $580.
