Food Establishment Inspections conducted in Dickinson County by the Kansas Department of Agriculture’s Division of Food Safety and Lodging from November 27 through December 3, 2015.

Food safety and lodging inspections are unannounced, and inspection results represent only those conditions found in the establishment at the time of the inspection.

McKinley Intermediate School, 112 N. Rogers St. – Abilene (December 1) Regular Inspection
– Six plastic lids and 4 plastic containers have old sticker residue on them. Corrected on site: lids and containers were moved to 3 vat sink.
– Plate temperature 156.9 degrees F with dishes run through mechanical dishwasher. Corrected on site: plate temperature 166.5 degerees F when run through mechanical dishwasher a second time. Person in charge said next time they will run an additional tray through when starting the dishwasher.
