SALINA -Sunday’s wet weather brought significant rainfall for the parched region and heavy snow in portions of southwest Kansas .
Area rainfall reports ranged from 1.49 inches in northern Saline County. An inch to just over 2 inches of moisture fell in Ellsworth County.
McPherson County reported just less than an inch to over 2 inches in the southeast part of the county.
Over 2 inches of rain fell in Dickinson County.
