The Saline County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a grass fire as an arson.

Captain Roger Soldan said the fire appeared to be intentionally set, and burned about 100 yards of pasture in the 9300 block of Donmyer Road at about 1:20 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.

No buildings were threatened by the fire.
