Salina Man Avoids Injury After I-135 Collision

WICHITA – A Kansas woman was injured in an accident just before 2 p.m. on Monday in Sedgwick County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2010 Chrysler Sebring driven by Tracie Kasel, 39, Wichita, was northbound on Interstate 135, just north of Kellogg in the left lane and collided with a 2015 Dodge Durango driven by James Hurren, 47, Salina, that was in the right lane.

The Chrysler traveled into the median and overturned.

Kasel was transported to Wesley Medical Center. Hurren was not injured.

Both drivers were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
