Since the inception of the Salina’s Most Wanted program in 2000, a total of 2,237 arrests have been made as a direct result of tips generated by the list. As a result of those tips, 332 rewards have been paid out. In December, there were 6 arrests from the Most Wanted list and 5 rewards were paid out to tipsters.
In January, the list contained 48 wanted persons. Of those 48, a total of 18 were arrested and warrants were cancelled for 3 others.
