JEFFESON COUNTY- Three people were injured in an accident just before 1:30 p.m. on Sunday in Jefferson County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Chevy Tahoe driven by Jeanene Amber Fiebig, 30, Topeka, was southbound on Meriden Road three miles north of Meriden.
The van was traveling too fast for conditions. It left the west side of the roadway and rolled.
Fiebig, and passengers Jeremy Todd Brandenburgh, 31; Rupp, Kadene Rose Marie Rupp, 11, were transported to Stormont Vail.
They were not wearing seat belts.
A 9-month-old in the van was in a car seat and not injured, according to the KHP.
