The National Weather Service reports it will be partly sunny, with a high temperature near 41 and north northwest wind 10 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph on Tuesday. Warmer temperatures are expected on Wednesday. High temperatures will climb into the upper 50s to lower 60s across the region.
