HAYS -An anonymous tip led to the arrest of a Hays man Thursday following a road rage incident that occurred last week.
According to Hays Police Chief Don Scheibler, Nathan Bryan Elliot, 40, Hays was arrested Thursday on suspicion of aggravated assault after allegedly threatening a man with a bat following a traffic incident.

HAYS – The Police Department in Hays is asking the public’s assistance in identifying the person pictured above in regard to an incident that happened at about 5:42 p.m. Feb. 11, according to a media release.
This person was involved in an alleged “road rage” incident that started at 20th and Main Street, and ended a few blocks away in a confrontation.
During the confrontation, the individual threatened the other driver with a bat. At the time of the incident, this person of interest was driving a white four-door passenger car. The car is visible, but partly covered the in the photograph.
