
The Saline County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed yet another arrest from the April edition of the Salina’s Most Wanted list.
Carl Persinger, who was being sought on warrants for methamphetamine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, was taken into custody early Friday morning.
His arrest now makes a total of fourteen from this month’s most wanted list, which was released on April 2nd.
The Sheriff’s Office also confirmed three arrests from previous editions of the Salina’s Most Wanted list. Thomas Coit, who had been featured on the January edition of the list for felony marijuana possession, Daniel Walker, who been featured on the March list for aggravated assault, and Kamisha Hill, who had also been featured on the March list for felony marijuana possession, forgery, and theft, have all been taken into custody.
Since the inception of the Salina’s Most Wanted program in 2000, more than 2,200 arrests have been made as a direct result of tips generated by the list. As a direct result of those tips, more than 300 rewards have been paid out.
