Three suspects facing charges in the Tuesday morning murder of a Nebraska man at a Salina motel made their first appearance in Saline County District Court Thursday.
21-year-old DiAntre Lemmie, 24-year-old Amber Craig, and 34-year-old Tyi Daniel appeared before Judge Renee Young via closed circuit television.
Judge Young read the charges each suspect is facing in relation to the crime.
Lemmie faces charges of 1st degree murder, aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and fleeing and eluding. A motion was also filed to revoke Lemmie’s probation in an unrelated burglary case.

Craig faces charges that include 1st degree murder, aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.
Daniel faces charges of obstructing apprehension or prosecution, interference with law enforcement and tampering with evidence.
Lemmie and Craig are accused of conspiring to use a gun to rob 32-year-old Adonis Loudermilk of cash and killing him while in the process of committing the robbery. Lemmie was charged with criminal possession of a firearm due to a previous conviction for felony burglary. Lemmie was charged with flee and elude as a result of a short pursuit and foot chase that occurred a little more than two hours after Loudermilk was killed. If convicted, both Lemmie and Craig could face a life sentence with a mandatory minimum of 25 years served before being eligible for parole.

Charges against Daniel were the result of him being with Lemmie during the course of the pursuit and foot chase.
Bond for both Lemmie and Craig was set at $1 million, while Daniel’s bond was set at $2,500. A public defender was appointed for Lemmie, while Craig and Daniel indicated they may hire their own attorneys.
All three were arrested in connection with the shooting death of 32-year-old Adonis Loudermilk of Lincoln, Nebraska. Officers were called to the Starlite Motel, 211 E. Pacific, just after 6 a.m. Tuesday morning on a report of multiple shots fired. Loudermilk was found on the ground in the north parking lot of the motel, where he had died as the result of a gunshot wound. Craig was arrested at the motel and Lemmie was identified as the primary suspect.
Just after 8:30 a.m., Lemmie was spotted by an alert officer and a high speed chase ensued.
Lemmie was driving south on Santa Fe near Lincoln Street, when a train blocked him. Lemmie veered off the road and drove west along the railroad tracks until his vehicle became disabled in a vacant lot near the intersection of 7th & Lincoln. Lemmie and Daniel both bailed out and ran and were quickly taken into custody.
The next court appearance for all three defendants has been scheduled for Monday, May 2nd.
