
The Saline County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed another arrest from the May edition of the Salina’s Most Wanted list.
According to arrest reports, James Lorence, who was being sought on outstanding warrants for felony theft, methamphetamine possession, and forgery, was taken into custody Friday evening.
Lorence’s arrest is the eighth from this month’s list, which was released on May 7th.
Since the inception of the Salina’s Most Wanted program in 2000, a total of 2,290 arrests have been made as a direct result of tips generated by the list. As a result of those tips, more than 340 rewards have been paid out.
