CLAY COUNTY – A Salina man was injured in an accident just after 4 p.m. on Sunday in Clay County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a Kawasaki Ninja Motorcycle driven by Lane Michael Huff, 20, Salina, was southbound on K-15, two miles south of Clay Center.

The driver accelerated, lost control, and the motorcycle entered the west ditch.

Huff was transported to Clay County Medical Center. He was wearing a helmet, according to the KHP.
