– Cracked raw shell egg, then proceeded to handle clean plate. Corrected on site: instructed to wash hands and educated when to wash.

– Stainless steel bowl on shelf above wing station has dried on food debris inside. Corrected on site: moved to warewashing area.

– Shake machine had accumulation of sticky food debris above mixing area. Corrected on site: cleaned in place.

Seoul USA Korean Restaurant, 750 S. Broadway Blvd. (June 28) First Operational Inspection After Licenstion
– Kimchi with temperature of 48 degrees F and watermelon slices with temperature at 53 degrees F on ice bath since approximately 1:00 p.m. Temperatures taken at 3:45 p.m. Corrected on site: moved to walk-in cooler to quick chill.
