Four Salinans were injured in a single vehicle accident at Kanopolis Lake just after 3 PM Tuesday.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 20-year-old Orianna Herrman was driving southbound on 25th Road at Kanopolis Lake when she lost control and slid off the east side of the road into a ditch, striking a pasture fence and coming to rest in between a group of trees.

Also injured were an 8-year-old, 13-year-old, and a 14-year-old. All four were transported to Salina Regional Hospital. Their conditions have not been released.
