An overlay project on I-135 from a point one mile south of the K-61 interchange north to the McPherson/Saline County line begins Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Shoulders included in this project have already received an asphalt seal in preparation for the asphalt overlay now being applied to the driving lanes.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction during daylight hour. Delays of up to 5 minutes could occur. This project is scheduled for completion on or about September 16, 2011 weather permitting
