– Portable fan next to walk-in cooler full of dust.
– Hollandaise sauce temperature at 99 degrees F setting on top of lid of portable steam table. Corrected on site: employee disposed of sauce versus reheating to 165 degrees F.
– No thermometer inside Maytag reach-in cooler.
– Interior of microwave covered in dried on food debris. Per person in charge, microwave is cleaned weekly.
– Personal supplements stored with food in dry storage.
– Using galvanized pipe for pancake rings. Corrected on site: removed from use.

– Large spoons stored in cup with lip contact upwards and handle down on the prep table below the spice rack.
– Employee uncovered beverage setting on east wall prep table. Corrected on site: put lid on beverage.
– 3 vat sink drain line leaking.
– Ladies toilet room door will not self close.
– Panned raw bacon on top of case of butter. Corrected on site: moved bacon below ready to eat foods.
– No detectable sanitizer in wiping cloth bucket. Corrected on site: remade.
– Pies inside pie coolers not dated when made. Corrected on site: dated August 13 through August 19.
– Chicken salad, cheese soup, beirocks inside walk-in cooler not dated when made. Corrected on site: dated August 14 through August 20.
– Pasta salad inside Maytag reach-in cooler not dated when made. Corrected on site: dated August 14 through August 20.
– Noodles and roast beef inside make table not dated when made. Corrected on site: dated August 14 through August 20.

– Container of raw hamburger stored on shelf above ready to eat queso. Corrected on site: moved raw hamburger to bottom shelf.
– Coleslaw and marinara sauce inside True reach-in cooler not date marked. Corrected on site: dated coleslaw August 19 through August 25 and marinara sauce dated August 17 through August 23.
– Refried beans inside walk-in cooler not dated marked when opened. Corrected on site: dated August 19 through August 25.
– Dead roaches inside cabinet under microwave. Corrected on site: cleaned cabinet and dishware inside. Has regular pest control.
– Packages of turkey and ham slices dated July 25 and not redated when removed from freezer. Corrected on site: dated August 19 through August 24, minus 1 day for opening and freezing.
– Open beverage on counter top next to coffee makers.
– Inside doors of fryers have accumualtion of spilled grease.
– Lights inside hood covered in grease.
