Substantial Rainfall Reported Across the Region from Tuesday Storm

SALINE COUNTY – The Tuesday night storm provided substantial rainfall in many areas of Kansas.

Northern portions of Saline County reported .70 of an inch. Just over.25 of an inch fell in southeast areas of Saline County.

From .70 to .98 inches of moisture was reported in Dickinson County.

Residents in Lincoln County reported .50 of an inch.

Ellsworth County residents reported from .25 to .58 of rainfall.

McPherson County reported .95 inches of moisture just south of the Saline County line. Central portions of McPherson County reported just over .31 in an inch.

The National Weather Service calls for a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday night and a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2pm on Thursday and Thursday night.
