Late Model and Modified Special features Free Kids Admission at Salina Speedway August 19

SALINA, Kan. — The MidwestDirt Late Model Series kicks back into action this Friday night at the Salina Speedway on the first night in a double header weekend.

The rescheduled event also falls on Kid’s Night which features Free Admission for kids 14 & Under.

The MDLMS Late Models will make their first stop at the Salina Speedway with it also being the first time in 5 years the Late Models will race at the 3/8 mile speedway. The event will pay $1000 to the winner with $200 to start the 30 lap Main Event. Many drivers are excited to visit the track again and a great field is expected.

The Late Model show will feature qualifying heat races, the G&G Dozer Cash Dash, a 12 lap B Feature(s) if needed, and a 30 lap A Main Event.

Joining the Late Models will be the Modifieds with a $1000 to win Chassis Challenge sponsored by Belleville Motorsports, 1st Class Chassis, Bills Built Race Cars, and JW Racing.

Also in action will be the Xtreme Motorsports B-Modifieds, Auto House Mod Lites, and Accurate Electric Front Wheel Compacts.
