Salina Man Arrested For Theft & Forgery

JAMES RAY LONG

A 34-year-old Salina man was arrested Thursday on 6 counts of forgery, 5 counts of theft and multiple other charges in connection with the theft and use of another man’s credit card in July.

Another Salina man had thought he misplaced or lost his credit card until charges began registering on his card on July 26th.

Long reportedly used the card 6 times; 3 times at Dillons Superstore, 2 times at Walmart, and a single time at McDonalds on S. 9th st. Charges on the card totaled $753.

According to Salina Police, video surveillance connected Long to the card.

Long was already booked at the Saline County Jail on previous, unconnected charges.
